Gov. Ned Lamont ordered the U.S. and state flags to fly at half-staff at state buildings at least a dozen times in 2025.
The orders are taking place in Virginia, South Dakota, Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Colorado and Pennsylvania.
