Microsoft's latest Windows 11 Beta and Dev updates (KB5079458 and KB5079464) introduce a custom user folder naming option during setup, new driver security policies, and better system recovery tools.

Microsoft has confirmed that it's still working to fully address a known issue that causes bright white flashes when opening the File Explorer on some Windows 11 systems.

If you only use File Explorer to open folders, you are missing its best tools.
