So many of you asked for it so here it is! This is a more in depth tutorial for how we do our tomato canning! A couple notes: when working with pots this large it’s normal to have some caramelization on the bottom. This is not burning, but you don’t want to scrape it loose either. Yall happy season is about here!!! It’s in the 60s, sun is shining, birds are singing and it’s officially colorful food season andddddddd aperitivo o clock is coming back! I love picky things, but easy ones ya know?! I made fresh ricotta (recipe on my site) roasted some peppers and garlic and topped it on some fresh bread. Does it get better?!! I think not! I roasted them at 400 for about 40ish minutes but ya know these kinds of dishes are the best; no real recipes just good food made simple! |
