Two members of the West Virginia National Guard are in critical condition after being shot in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday afternoon. Department of Homeland Security officials say the suspect in custody has been identified as a 29-year-old Afghan national. Multiple sources tell CBS News the suspect hid before opening fire on the National Guard members.
