I make more pasta with them 🍝🍝🍝 If you’re making pasta & find yourself with scraps, don’t waste them! Simply put them in a bowl and cover & add a damp towel on top if they feel a bit dry. This will help them keep their moisture and become more pliable and easy to roll out. For this one I used a machine but you can definitely just roll
